Business Development Director
Dr. Mitja Golja is a Business Development Director at Kontron’s Business Unit Broadband. He is responsible for new market strategies and go-to-market initiatives for new technologies.
Mitja brings to Kontron more than 15 years of global operating experience in the broadband-networking industry, as well as true passion for product business development and strategy.
Prior to heading business development, Mitja held several management positions at Kontron (former Iskratel). Amongst others he was in charge of product line management and R&D.
Strategy, Innovation and Digitalisation Director
Janez Ori is responsible for strategy development, portfolio and innovation management in Kontron. In more the 20 years of experience in telecommunications industry he worked in various positions starting in R&D at Iskratel, developing technical solutions for customers at Cisco and Iskratel, and managing teams in product and solutions management, business development and marketing.
In recent years, he co-created and implemented Kontron strategy to transform from a classical telecom vendor to a provider of comprehensive digital solutions for telecoms and various industry verticals.
